The last time Real Oviedo and Barcelona met in La Liga was back in 2001, a match that surprisingly ended in a defeat for Barça.
This time, however, the situation is very different. Under Hansi Flick, Barcelona look like a strong and consistent side, maintaining their winning rhythm without major slip-ups.
Oviedo, on the other hand, have struggled since their historic return to the top flight. They’ve managed just one win against Real Sociedad which was also the only match in which they scored. In their other games, they suffered defeats and conceded a total of eight goals in five matches.

Oviedo, meanwhile, are a passive attacking side that lack depth to compete with elite teams.
