Galatasaray
With official confirmation from Galatasaray, the club has secured the permanent signing of their key player Osimhen from Napoli.
On the other hand, Gaziantep suffered a significant setback in the transfer window, losing their top scorer Okereke to Cremonese. He was responsible for the majority of their goals last season, netting six in total.
What we say
Galatasaray to Win
Galatasaray has a well-rounded squad capable of defending their title this season. They've consistently dominated this fixture, winning regularly against Gaziantep and keeping clean sheets in all of their last six meetings including each of their last three away games.
While Gaziantep is generally strong at home, having recorded 10 wins there last season, most of those came against teams in the lower half of the table. Moreover, their preseason preparations have been far from ideal they played just two friendlies, against Alanyaspor and Kayserispor, and failed to win either match.
Given these factors, we believe the reigning champions will start their campaign with a confident victory.
