FC Rapid București’s form has been on the rise since the end of last season and the start of the new campaign. They are currently on a five-match unbeaten run, with three of those being solid wins.

Meanwhile, Csikszereda haven’t had the best return to top-flight football. Their campaign began with a heavy 6-1 defeat to Unirea a team that spent most of last season in the lower half of the table.

To make matters worse, they will be without starting defender Palmes, who is suspended after receiving a red card in the previous match.
